How to get data to/from ChessRegister with SwissSys. This is a very simple process with SwissSys.
SwissSys – How To Export Standings to Chess Register
Open SwissSys and select/open your tournament.
Select “File”, “Export View”, “Write View to Text”.
Select “All” from the message box that appears to include all sections in the file.
Save your file and upload it to ChessRegister (Navigate to “Manage Event”, click “Support”).
SwissSys – How to Export Pairings to ChessRegister
Create pairings within SwissSys as you normally would.
Select “Pairings”, “Export View”, “Write View to Text”.
Select “All” from the message box that appears to include all sections in the file.
Save your file and upload it to ChessRegister (Navigate to “Manage Event”, click “Support”).
SwissSys – How to Import Registrants From ChessRegister
Create a registrant download file from ChessRegister for your event:
Navigate to your “Admin Panel”.
Click “Manage Events”.
Select your event.
Click the Registrants icon (little head).
Click on “Download”.
Select the SwissSys format and create your download file (rename it if you’d like). It will be provisioned as a ZIP file with a “.zip” extension. Unzip this file.
Open SwissSys and then open the file with a “.S0C” extension from the folder that you unzipped.
